Cold Ice Cream Action Station

Whether you want to host ice cream mix-in functions or just keep buffets and other foods cold when catering events, TempStations™ has a tool to make it easy and affordable.

Started by a chef with over 30 years of experience in the food service industry, TempStations™ has two signature products: the Frostation™ portable ice cream mix-in station and the CoolStation™ portable trays.

 

Creamery Action Station

The Frostation™ is an all-in-one portable ice cream mix-in station with a stainless steel mix-in tray, ice cream holding module and room for multiple sauces and toppings. Set up takes just 10 minutes – simply set the recirculator next to an eight foot table, snap the cooling lines to the tray and recirculator, place the granite on top of the mix-in tray and finally plug it in and turn it on.

The Frostation™ can handle large crowds with just one server, though two or three stations can be set up next to each other using the same recirculator for events with 100 or more people to create an ice cream bar or even an ice sculpture.

Cold Buffet Station

The CoolStation™ Tray helps maintain cold food temperatures during special events such as weddings, parties and catered events . Use it for sushi, deli meats, salad, desserts, and seafood.  The CoolStation can be used in conjunction with a 3 station, 5 station, carving station or fiesta-style buffet.
